Talk to anyone in and around the Ohio State and they all believe the Buckeye program is one of the best around, if not the best, in churning out quality men both on and off the football field at the next level.
But those are biased opinions no? I mean ask anyone that has a personal stake in sports and not only are they blind to the warts, but they prop up the shiny objects above everything else.
But what about outside observers? We got a chance to see what the world thinks of the Ohio State program Wedensday when the annual OSU Pro-Day took place. And there were plenty of high-end scouts, coaches and analysts that came away impressed.
The official Ohio State Football Twitter account shared some short interviews with a few of those NFL suits today. Watch and see the positive things they all had to say about the quality young men and talent that was on display today.
It’s always good to get positive feedback and assurance from those outside the program that know what they’re talking about. And I’d say Mike Maycock, Jay Gruden and others qualify as experts on this whole next level thing.
