Miami Redhawks head coach Chuck Martin knew it was always going to be a tough task to come into the Horseshoe and find a way to hang around with Ohio State. During the week leading up to the game, he was very complimentary of the personnel the Buckeyes have and made comments that made you think he wasn’t sure his guys could hang.
If you thought it was just coach speak, think again.
In the end, he was right. After a 76-5 stonewalling by the Buckeyes, the Redhawks are no doubt licking their wounds and questioning their manhood. It’ll be up to Martin to find a way to rally his team, but first he met with the media in Columbus to give some perspective of what he saw on Saturday.
