Maryland had a hot start to the season, then once things got rockin’ along in the Big Ten, the wheels fell off and rolled into a roadside ditch. To be fair though, head coach Mike Locksley inherited a difficult situation and should be given some time to get this thing turned in the right direction.
That turn is unlikely to occur this week when he brings his Terps to the ‘Shoe to take on the country’s No. 1 ranked squad according to the initial release of the College Football Playoff rankings.
Regardless, Locksley held his weekly press conference to discuss the status of his team and to look ahead towards the monumental challenge of playing this Ohio State team.
