Watch: Warriors’ Steph Curry finishes acrobatic layup vs. Pacers

Needing only six triples to pass Ray Allen as the NBA’s all-time leader in made 3-pointers, all eyes are on Steph Curry from beyond the arc on Monday night.

However, the Golden State Warriors guard added to his potential 2021-22 Most Valuable Player candidate campaign with a highlight-worthy layup on Monday against the Indiana Pacers.

Early in the game, Curry got matched up with Indiana’s All-Star center Domantas Sabonis on the perimeter. While Sabonis attempted to deny Curry from the 3-point line, the 33-year-old guard showed off some fancy handles to cut through the line.

Once he got by Sabonis to the bucket, Curry finished a dazzling acrobatic layup at the rim.

Through three quarters against the Pacers, Curry has recorded 21 points on 6-of-13 shooting from the field with four rebounds and three assists in 28 minutes. After shooting 4-of-10 from deep through three frames, Curry is still chasing Allen by a pair of 3-pointers.
