Watch: Warriors’ Jordan Poole rises for smooth one-handed dunk vs. Nuggets

While Steph Curry has led the Golden State Warriors with 30 or more points in 12 of his last 13 games, Jordan Poole has built an impressive stretch of basketball of his own.

During his last eight games, the second-year guard has tallied double figures in scoring in six contests, including two performances with 21 or more points.

On Friday against the Denver Nuggets, Poole showed no signs of slowing down. Behind a pair of smooth triples, the Michigan product notched 15 points on 5-of-12 shooting from the floor with three assists and two steals.

While Poole has impressed with his shooting, the 21-year-old registered a highlight-reel dunk in the second quarter against the Nuggets.

Shortly after Poole’s dunk, Damion Lee chimed in on Twitter with a salute.

With Kelly Oubre Jr. coming off the bench, the pair of players have quickly developed into a powerful one-two punch off the bench. Golden State’s new backcourt bench pairing has combined for 46 and 38 points in the previous two games.
