WATCH: Von Miller’s full interview didn’t make Phillip Lindsay’s ‘NFL Top 100’ segment

Continuing their “NFL Top 100” countdown — a list voted on by players — NFL Network revealed Thursday evening that Denver Broncos running back Phillip Lindsay is ranked No. 68.

You’ve probably already seen NFL Network’s spot on Lindsay (if you haven’t, you can view it here). You may not have seen this interview with outside linebacker Von Miller that didn’t make the cut for the show:

Miller described Lindsay’s quick rise at training camp last summer.

“I told some of the guys on defense, like, ‘Hey, we need a guy like this on offense. We need a guy like this,'” Miller recalls in the interview. “And truth be told, he started making more plays and more plays in practice and made the team, took the starting role and that was the birth of The Colorado Kid.”

After rushing for over 1,000 yards and scoring 10 touchdowns in 2018, Lindsay became the first undrafted offensive rookie in NFL history to be voted to the Pro Bowl. He is now also the first undrafted rookie to be named to the NFL Top 100 list.

Earlier this week, Broncos outside linebacker Bradley Chubb made the list ranked No. 82. Players Nos. 60-1 are yet to be revealed.
