There were plenty of highlights from the Vikings’ Saturday night scrimmage that was open to fans.
The best might have been the catch below from wide receiver Jeff Badet. An underthrown ball that hits the defender, and then off Badet’s helmet.
The Vikings gave the speedy Badet guaranteed money to stay with Minnesota and not sign with the Jets this offseason.
Badet spent the 2018 season on the team’s practice squad and now he’s looking to grab a roster spot.
If he keeps making plays like this, it’ll be hard to keep him off the 53-man roster.
