After sitting out the first two preseason games of 2019 due to precautionary reasons, Vikings running back Dalvin Cook played on Saturday against the Cardinals.
If you were wondering if Cook was game ready, well, he answered that on the team’s second possession, erupting for this 85-yard touchdown to give the Vikings a 7-3 lead.
After two injury-plagued seasons, Cook is ready to prove he can stay healthy and be one of the elite running backs in the NFL.
Cook won’t play the rest of the game, and we won’t see him until Sept. 8 when the Vikings host the Falcons in the season opener.
