Watch: UGA’s Mecole Hardman scores TD; has nice punt return

Former Georgia Bulldog Mecole Hardman Jr. scored the Kansas City Chiefs’ first touchdown tonight versus the Denver Broncos. Hardman Jr. wasn’t done there. He also had a nice kick return to set up a field goal for the Chiefs.

Hardman Jr. caught his third career touchdown pass from Patrick Mahomes before Mahomes left with a knee injury. Here’s Hardman Jr.’s first touchdown of the game:

Hardman Jr. is off to an excellent start to the season, but he may have tougher sledding if his superstar QB Patrick Mahomes has to miss many games with his knee injury. The former UGA product, Hardman Jr., set up a field goal to put the Chiefs up 10-6 in the second quarter with this punt return:
