No team in sports has a richer history of players turned stars of film and television than the Raiders. They have so many of their legends become screen stars, I was able to put together a top ten recently.
One of the Raiders legends in that top ten is Nnamdi Asomugha (8th), who may be moving up that list as his catalogue just longer.
Asomugha’s latest film is called Sylvie’s Love. It will premiere on Prime Video on Christmas Day. Here’s the first look at the film.
Asomugha stars in the film alongside Tessa Thompson and Eva Longoria. He is also one of the producers of the film.
This is Asomugha’s 12th acting credit. He’s also in ten episodes of a short TV series premiering this year called When the Streetlights Go On.
Along with his long list of acting credits, he’s been a producer on critically acclaimed films such as Beasts of No Nation and Harriet.
