Watch: Top highlights from the Browns preseason win over the Colts

The Cleveland Browns improved to 2-0 in the exhibition season with a 21-18 win over the host Indianapolis Colts on Saturday. With most starters sitting out and a focus on the depth players, the Browns raced out to an early lead and held on thanks to a couple of late defensive stands.

Highlights

The first game highlight comes courtesy of the Scottish Hammer, better known as punter Jamie Gillan. Bombs away!

Cleveland’s next drive netted seven points thanks to a great pass from Garrett Gilbert to Jaelen Strong, who the Colts forgot to cover in the back corner of the end zone.

D’Ernest Johnson had a strong game with Nick Chubb sitting out and Dontrell Hilliard missing the game with an injury. Johnson ran for 40 yards in the first half and also hauled in this 6-yard TD from Gilbert.

Gilbert made several impressive throws. This strike to D.J. Montgomery set up the TD:

David Blough and Derrick Willies got in on the highlight reel with an excellent red zone slant hookup to put the Browns up 21-7.

The rest of the game was pretty devoid of anything other than penalties.
