Watch: Titans’ D’Onta Foreman scores 1st touchdown since 2018

Running back D’Onta Foreman scored the Tennessee Titans’ first touchdown of the Week 10 matchup against the Indianapolis Colts on Thursday night, and it was his first touchdown in two years.

Quarterback Ryan Tannehill found Foreman open in the flat from five yards out, and the running back easily took it in for six, giving the Titans an early 7-0 lead in the first quarter.

Foreman, who tore his Achilles in 2017, played in two games (including playoffs) in 2018, and then didn’t see a snap in 2019, has his first touchdown since Week 16 of the 2018 season (Dec. 23) when he notched a receiving score against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Since joining the Titans’ practice squad, Foreman has looked good in his limited opportunities, and that opened the door for him to be added to the team’s 53-man roster recently.

As for the Titans as a whole, scoring a touchdown on their opening offensive series is huge, as the offense has struggled of late. It’s made more impressive by the fact that it came against one of the league’s elite defenses.
