Only here could a global pandemic turn into tit for tat politically - but our 'Da' has an important message for conspiracy theorists out there.
"Wash your hands, keep your distance and wear a mask. It might stop Covid but even better, it'll annoy the hell out of them uns," Tim McGarry says.
Sharing the video on Twitter this afternoon, the Belfast comedian asked the question "we all need to know" - is coronavirus Catholic or Protestant?
The video is part of the #FightBack campaign, which aims to encourage the public to do what they can to fight the virus.
"Now look, I am not one for Covid conspiracy theories, I think they're a load of oul' nonsense," he added.
"For instance all that crap about '5G causes Covid'. No it doesn't. Mind you up until a couple of months ago I thought 5G was a 1D splinter group.
"And no, Covid was not invented by the Chinese to stop Van Morrison having an outdoor gig in Donaghadee. But there is one conspiracy that I am worried about. They tell us to follow science.
"The scientists have the data but they're not telling us what we in Northern Ireland need to know, and we need to know the answer to one question - is Covid Catholic or Protestant? Answer that! They're keeping that hidden.
"This is Northern Ireland so let's be honest we all know deep down whose fault it is - them uns. You know what them 'uns are like - they won't wash their hands, they won't keep their distance or wear a mask.
"Mind you there was that time where our ones certainly didn't keep their distance. But on the other hand them 'uns don't like wearing masks, and your man, he never wears a mask! Of course there was that other time that our ones went buck daft at that thing - but them their ones went do lally and they were celebrating that thing.
"I'll tell you what, let's make it easy - wash your hands, keep your distance and wear a mask. It might stop Covid but even better, it'll annoy the hell out of them 'uns!"
