A video posted on TikTok shows the painfully enviable view from a penthouse apartment in the Capital Dock Residence at Dublin's Grand Canal.
With panoramic views of the docklands, the city centre and beyond, it's a view that most of us can only ever dream of seeing from our very own living room.
The video takes viewers on a tour of the apartment which features a grand open plan kitchen complete with an island, a bright lounge area overlooking the docklands and Poolbeg and tall windows offering views of town and far beyond.

On the Capital Dock website, the penthouse apartments are described as "style in the sky" with an impressive amount of amenities for luxury living. All apartments feature fully integrated kitchens, luxurious bedrooms, inviting hallways, marble tiled wet rooms and views of Dublin that would be hard to find anywhere else.
The penthouse apartments are located on the 20th, 21st ans 22nd floors of Ireland's tallest building.
The windows stretch from the floor to the ceiling, fully taking advantage of the enviable views of the city and bringing as much brightness into the rooms as possible.
Meanwhile, the master bedrooms are complete with walk-in wardrobes.
The building also includes an enclosed winter garden.
Additionally, there is dedicated on-site concierge, available seven days a week to provide recommendations, assist with bookings and provide well-informed advice.
Residents also enjoy a cinema and gym.
According Daft.ie, rents in this building start at €3,300 per month, although it is not disclosed what each penthouse apartment costs.
