Watch this motorist do a '1,600-point turn'

It's far from the easiest of manoeuvres for a driver to learn - the turn in the road.

It's a term that replaced 'three-point turn' in motoring lingo, because sometimes you just need more than three points to execute it.

But this motorist took it more than just a couple of steps further...

Onlookers couldn't believe it when they saw the driver taking endless attempts to get out of a tricky situation in Radford, NottinghamshireLive reports.

The driver appears to have driven down Kyme Street, before being blocked in by a lorry at the T-junction with Grant Street.

But as she attempts to turn around, she gets stuck in a series of seemingly never-ending tiny turns.

People taking the video on April 5 made comments such as, 'What is she doing?' and 'This is the best ever', as the driver tried to extricate herself.

One even said she was 'doing about a 1,600-point turn'.

While it's probably not quite  as bad as that, the video posted on social media lasts for over three minutes, and the situation had apparently been going on for a few minutes before that.

That's a lot of turns.

We've taken the audio off the video because, if we tried to bleep out all the swearing, we'd still be here next week.

But the driver eventually extricates herself from the situation when the lorry moves and she's able to get through.

If it hadn't moved? She might still have been there today.
