This is the beautiful moment the police helicopter made a little boy's day.
Callum McKinney, aged four, is seen raising his toy police helicopter over his head while a real police helicopter hovers above the ground just a few metres away.
The hovering 'copter, about to embark on it's latest mission on Bank Holiday Monday, even gives the little lad a blast of its 'blues and twos' siren.
"He was over the moon," said the lad's father.
The touching moment was captured on his father Greg's mobile phone camera and later posted on GMP's Trafford South Facebook page and on the chopper's Twitter account @NPASNorthWest.
The National Police Air Service has helicopters based in Barton, Salford, Hawarden near Chester that serve the north west.
The post read: "Shout out to four-year-old Callum. We think your helicopter is brilliant & we hope you liked our sirens."

The touching incident happened at Hawarden Airport near Chester - little Callum was watching the chopper from the adjacent Choks Away Diner.
Dad Greg, from the Wirral, told the M.E.N: "He was over the moon, bursting with excitement! I even got emotional recording it! Proud dad moment."
