Watch the special edition Dacia Duster Extreme SE

DACIA has revealed details of a special Extreme SE edition that should make its Duster family SUV even more attractive to buyers.

Based on the popular top-of-the-range Prestige trim level, the budget Romanian brand’s new model adds 17in black alloy wheels and the option of an exclusive new Urban Grey paint finish alongside seven other colours.

All are complemented by door mirrors, grille and roof bars finished in Grey Quartz with orange detailing. The tailgate trim with “Duster” inscription is a combination of black and satin chrome.

The theme continues inside, with orange featuring on the satin chrome air vent surrounds, a charcoal grey centre console surround, and piano black inserts in the front door panels. There’s also orange stitching on the seats.

Standard equipment includes automatic air con, keyless entry, multi-view camera, blind spot warning, heated seats and the firm’s Media Nav infotainment system with eight-inch touchscreen, wireless smartphone mirroring and sat nav.

As well as a choice of petrol and diesel engines, there is also the option of a bi-fuel powertrain that includes a turbocharged petrol engine capable of running on both petrol and LPG.

Depending on the engine, the new special edition also offers a four-wheel-drive variant or an automatic transmission.

The order book will open in April, with first deliveries in May, and the Duster Extreme SE will be available from £17,495 on the road – rising to £21,645 for the all-wheel-drive diesel.
