This is the first look at a brilliant new Newcastle United documentary that is four years in the making.
'We are the Geordies' - a Newcastle United fan film is released on December 11 and chronicles the Championship promotion season under Rafa Benitez, following eleven supporters who watched the team home and away.
The documentary features interviews with Benitez, Les Ferdinand, Alan Shearer, Malcolm Macdonald, John Gibson and the Athletic scribe George Caulkin - and this first snippet should whet the appetite.
Billed as a season in the life of following Newcastle, it is a 91 minute rollercoaster ride following a unique campaign for the club.
It features fan footage as well as interviews, action and is a love letter to the club from a film crew who are supporters themselves.
The film - from FNA Digital and with Director and producer Zahra Zomorrodian and writer and director James DeMarco at the helm - will be out on DVD and is available through Video on Demand channels (think Amazon and others). You can pre-order the DVD here.
It was slated for a cinema release but those plans have had to be shelved due to the pandemic.
