Watch: The moment MPs vote in favour of assisted dying bill after emotional debate

MPs in the House of Commons have voted in favour of the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill.
The vote was 314 in favour to 219 against.
The bill aims to legalise the right for terminally ill individuals in England and Wales to end their lives with medical assistance.
The legislation will now proceed to the House of Lords for further scrutiny, with proposer Kim Leadbeater expressing emotion as it passed.
