Watch the moment Linda Pizzuti scores in front of the Kop after Liverpool beat Wolves

The goals did not stop at Anfield today after Liverpool beat Wolves 2-0.

Fans were treated to some lovely scenes following the final whistle as the players and their families took a turn around the pitch in the traditional lap of honour.

Mohamed Salah's young daughter scored not once but twice at the Kop end.

And Linda Pizzuti, the wife of Liverpool owner John Henry , could not resist getting in on the goalscoring act.

Mirror football writer David Maddock spotted her strike, and was impressed with how Pizzuti coolly slotted from several yards out.

He tweeted: "Well, @Linda_Pizzuti just scored a goal at the Kop end whilst wearing dizzying high heels and a vivid magenta dress.

"Not a bad finish under the circumstances."

Posting a defiant message to Liverpool and Reds fans on Twitter after the match today, Pizzuti said: "97 points. Only one loss in the PL.

"Unbelievable season with a very special team.

"Love that we finished with a win. Congrats Man City, who took the title with 98 points.

"It was an exciting race for the title until the end. See you in Madrid."
