JAGUAR has unveiled its latest sports car and it’s so exclusive you can’t even drive the 1020hp Vision Gran Turismo Coupe on the road.
Don’t worry, you can still get behind the wheel of this all-electric machine by downloading it in Gran Turismo Sport to play with on a Sony PlayStation 4 at the end of November.
Inspired by Jaguar’s eTrophy race cars and classics such as the C and D-types of the 1950s, the Coupe is designed to deliver sensational performance.
It uses three electric motors to cover the 0-62mph dash in less than two seconds and give a top speed of more than 200mph.
Although the Vision Gran Turismo Coupe will only ever be driven in computer game, the design team took the project very seriously.
Jaguar design director Julian Thomson said: “It’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for our young designers to create a vehicle steeped in history but pushing the boundaries of future design. They’ve done an incredible job.”
