The NFL Draft in itself is riveting television. There’s no script, but there’s plenty of twists, turns and storylines followed live as they happen. But we only see a snapshot of the full picture a draftee goes through on their way to trying to live out a life-long dream.
Thanks to the folks at Ohio State though, we now get to peek into former Ohio State wide-receiver Parris Campbell’s journey from Akron, Ohio to Ohio State, to the phone call he received confirming the news of his selection to the Indianapolis Colts.

I am continually struck by the character and men that have come through the Ohio State program over the last few years, and I’m not sure it’s talked about or covered enough.
Campbell is just another one of those stories that should be told. I’m glad we got a small glimpse into the person he is.
