AN EXCLUSIVE version of the BMW X7 performance SUV has been announced, with just 10 models destined for the UK.
Prices will start from £114,975 for the Dark Shadow Edition from the premium German brand and the car is available only in a special grey paint finish with high-gloss black elements around the grille, air vents and exhaust nacelles.
The car sits on 22in light alloy wheels, while inside there is a leather trim on the instrument panel as well as an Alcantara headlining.
The UK models will also come with a Bowers & Wilkins surround-sound system, as well as a panoramic glass roof, rear seat enterntainment equipment, a head-up display and massaging front seats.
The special has the same 4.4-litre V8 engine as the X7 M50i, which develops 530hp. Performance figures are a 0-62mph time of 4.7 seconds and a top speed restricted to 155mph.
Only 500 versions will be made in total at BMW’s Spartanburg factory in the United States. The X7 is BMW’s flagship SUV and the range starts from £72,315 for a M50d diesel model.
