Many phones were out at Utilita Arena on Friday night as Westlife fans took pictures and videos of the Irish lads in action as they returned to Newcastle for the first time in years.
But one audience member got more than they bargained for when the group spotted her on the phone to someone and decided to have some fun. Unfortunately for all involved, it didn't go entirely to plan.
Shane, Mark, Nicky and Kian were back on Tyneside for the first of two back to back shows on their which is the highest selling string of dates of their career to date.
From start to finish, the group generated an absolutely electric atmosphere in the arena and one fan sat near the front called Jessica wanted to share some of her experience with her boyfriend back home.
However, as you can see in the video above, on spotting this Nicky asked her to pass her phone to him so he could speak to her boyfriend - Carl.
As he put Jessica's phone on speakerphone and held it to his mic, the other guys and the capacity crowd all waited with baited breath for Carl to answer but unfortunately he didn't! Awkward!
And to make it worse he didn't have voice mail either so the lads couldn't even leave a message.
Westlife did however dedicate their next song - Queen of My Heart - to the couple. Wonder if Jessica has forgiven him yet or if he's in the dog house?!
