WATCH: Texans safety Justin Reid picks off Jaguars quarterback Gardner Minshew

In Week 2, Houston Texans safety Justin Reid stopped Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette at the goal line on a two-point conversion to preserve Houston’ 13-12 win.

In Week 9, Reid may have recorded an interception of quarterback Gardner Minshew to kill the Jaguars’ comeback.

With 4:43 to go in the game on a first-and-10 from the Jaguars’ 20-yard line, Reid picked off the sixth-round rookie from Washington State and returned the takeaway all the way to the Jacksonville 3-yard line.

For Reid, it is his first takeaway of the season, and his fourth career interception. If the second-year safety could have returned the interception for a touchdown, it would have been the second of his career.

Nice job, Chief.
