Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray can be a threat when he gets to the outside.
How did the Houston Texans stop Murray on their first drive? By having defensive tackle Maliek Collins beat his man inside and give Murray pressure up the middle for a sack.
Cornerback Desmond King said on Oct. 21 that if Murray gets to the edge, he is dangerous.
“We know he’s a threat,” King said. “As far as handling him, we just have to continue to do our job, play the defense that’s called and try to do what we can to stop him from making plays as a quarterback.”
One way to stop Murray is to keep sending pressure up the middle.
