Watch Sunderland fans in Trafalgar Square with Niall Quinn and Stewart Donald

Sunderland fans had a night to remember in London ahead of tomorrow's League One play-off final - and they were joined by a few familiar faces.

If there were any nerves among the thousands of Black Cats supporters in the capital tonight, they didn't show, as the faithful showed their colours and partied in the evening sunshine.

And in their midst was none other than owner Stewart Donald , and Sunderland legend Niall Quinn.

The pair were happy to pose for pictures with fans gathered around Trafalgar Square, while the crowd even serenaded former striker, manager and chairman Quinn with a version of the classic "Niall Quinn's Disco Pants".

Almost 40,000 red-and-white fans will take in tomorrow's play-off final against Charlton Athletic at Wembley.

For Sunderland it's the chance to win promotion back to the Championship at the first time of asking.

And it's also a chance to put that 1998 play-off final defeat to the Addicks to bed once and for all.

We'll have all the build up to the game live right here throughout Sunday morning - with the team news at 2pm and the all the match action, reaction and analysis as it happens.
