WATCH: Stephen Curry handles taunting from Raptors fans with ‘class’

The Golden State Warriors avoided the NBA Finals ending Monday night with a one-point win versus the Toronto Raptors.

While Warriors fans are used to the wins, Raptors fans are enjoying the franchise’s first ever NBA Finals appearance and it shows. Over the weekend leading into Game 5, Toronto had a 3-1 lead in the series and the Raptors faithful were poorly represented by a few of their own staking out outside of the hotel Warriors star Steph Curry’s parents were staying in.

Sonya and Dell (who, yes, ended his NBA career playing for Toronto) were heckled, harassed and taunted needlessly. Then, in a live interview, one Raptors fan got himself arrested for eluding to sexual assault in discussing Steph’s wife Ayesha on camera.

Steph finally weighed in on the chaos saying, “I think it’s kind of stupid, to be honest, in terms of people camping outside our hotel just to yell expletives at either us or our family members or whatever the case is. But we handle all that stuff with class and try to ignore it the best we can. And if they get something out of it, so be it.”
