WATCH: SLAM drops LaMelo Ball high school senior year mixtape

LaMelo Ball made his triumphant return to high school hoops for his senior year and he has not disappointed.

According to Prep Circuit, Ball is averaging 20.4 points per game on 55.3 percent shooting from the field to go along with 9 rebounds and 9.1 assists per game. That’s eerily similar to the 23.9 points, 11.3 rebounds and 11.5 assists per game his older brother Lonzo Ball put up during his senior year at Chino Hills High School.

All the concerns about how LaMelo would look playing against elite high school talent were put to bed almost upon arrival. If it weren’t for his messy eligibility situation, it’s easy to imagine Division I schools lining up for his signature.

You can watch all of the highlights from LaMelo’s senior year at Spire courtesy of our friends at SLAM, who put together an awesome mixtape of the 17-year-old’s best plays of the season.
