WATCH: Sheer joy and passion in Lakota as England equalise against Denmark

Lakota was filled with a deafening roar as England equalised against Denmark.

Footage from our reporter Ross Millen (watch above) shows the overwhelming relief among the fans gathered at the venue in Upper York Street, St Pauls.

Simon Kjaer had scored an own goal to level the score at 1-1 in tonight's Euro football championship semi-final.

There were similar scenes of delirium at the clubhouse of Yate FC - incidentally the first club of England centre-back Tyrone Mings.

We are at pubs in and around Bristol tonight to get all the local reaction to what will, either way, be an unforgettable night for English football. You can follow our local live blog here.

And you can see some of the best pictures of fans in Bristol city centre here.

The winners of tonight's clash will face Italy in the final on Sunday, after Roberto Mancini's men overcame Spain on penalties after a 1-1 draw on Tuesday night.
