The NFL pulled back the curtain on the 2019 regular-season schedule Wednesday night, releasing each team’s slate of games. The Los Angeles Rams open the season against the Panthers and finish at home against the Cardinals, but it’s no cakewalk.
Sean McVay, Les Snead, Aaron Donald, Eric Weddle and Johnny Hekker were in the room when the schedule was unveiled and they reacted in real time, unfiltered.
The Rams released video of the schedule reveal, which features reactions from McVay, Weddle and others. Needless to say, McVay isn’t thrilled about going across the country in Week 1.
“Great, a two-day trip to start the year, huh? How do we deserve that?” he said.
