Watch: Sean McVay and Jared Goff hug after Rams’ win over Lions

If there is any tension and unhappiness between Jared Goff and Sean McVay after the Rams traded the quarterback to Detroit, the two put it aside for a moment after Sunday’s game. McVay and Goff came together on the field following the Rams’ 28-19 win over the Lions, sharing a hug and a few words.

Considering the report about Goff hanging up on McVay after the Rams traded him and their awkward encounter at an L.A. restaurant a few months later, it’s good to see the two coming together after their Week 7 battle.

In his first game against the Rams, Goff threw for 268 yards, one touchdown and two interceptions, making things interesting as the Lions nearly upset the Rams in Inglewood.
