Watch Sasa Papac lead Rangers Legends as they belt out Simply the Best before glamour friendly

Sasa Papac was the life of the party before Rangers' Legends match as he got the Ibrox select up for it with a rendition of Simply the Best.

A Rangers XI which included Papac, manager Gio van Bronckhorst and former captain Barry Ferguson lost out to a World XI as the club celebrated their 150th anniversary.

Shota Arveladze got the opening goal for the men in light blue but as former Spanish star Carlos Marchena and Portuguese duo Nuno Gomes and Ricardo Quaresma all struck.

Paul Gascoigne got a late goal back in a touching moment that raised the roof at Ibrox.

Gers manager on the day Alex McLeish joked he should have parked the bus after Arveladze's opener but his team weren't short of pre-match motivation.

In an Instagram clip shared by the goalscorer, former defender Papac is seen leading the rousing chant on the bus to Ibrox.

The hit Tina Turner tune is a fixture at Ibrox and an unofficial club anthem.

And Papac led the chorus with even gaffer McLeish joining in.

McLeish, who won seven trophies in his spell as Rangers boss, said after the game: "I don't like getting beat, you know that!

"But it was a great cause and fantastic players we were playing against. I thought about parking the bus but I'm sure we'll get them in the away leg."
