The Cincinnati Bengals ended up taking Ryan Finley in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL draft.
While not the passer some might have expected the Bengals to take — if they grabbed one at all — Finley was actually a rather predictable move based on how the team went about its business while prepping for the draft.
Predictable or not, Finley is a fun one. An experienced passer with quick reads and smooth throws off playaction, the NC State product didn’t have any problems putting up highlight reels on his way to the NFL.
