With 34 seconds left in the second quarter, Burkhead took the ball into the end zone on an 11-yard touchdown reception that made the game 12-3 New England. With New England employing a plethora of running backs over the course of the game, there is no denying that he had a major impact. As New England looks forward to Kansas City next week, his emergence could be a major factor in their game plan.
