WATCH: Retired college football coach Mark Richt ‘doing fine’ after heart attack

Former college football coach Mark Richt has shared that he had a heart attack Monday morning, but that he is doing fine.

Richt now serves as a TV analyst for ESPN and the ACC Network after nearly two decades as a head coach in the college ranks. He led Georgia from 2001 to 2015 and then took over at Miami (Fla.) in 2016. He retired from coaching after the 2018 season, saying he felt like it was the right time for him to step aside.

Mere hours after his heart attack, it looks like Richt is already coming to terms with the healthier lifestyle that will now be required of him:
