Watch Ravens’ safety Earl Thomas intercept Dolphins QB Ryan Fitzpatrick

Baltimore Ravens All-Pro safety Earl Thomas loves going up against Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick and it dates back to Thomas’ days with the Seattle Seahawks. Thomas has intercepted Fitzpatrick three times in three-straight games leading up to today’s matchup between the Ravens and Dolphins.

On the first defensive drive for the 2019 season, Thomas can now make it four games in a row.

Thomas did an excellent job of reading Fitzpatrick’s eyes the whole way and was able to jump the route for an easy interception.

If you’re the Ravens, you couldn’t ask for a better start (outside of the Jimmy Smith injury). You start off the game with a 49-yard run by running back Mark Ingram, which leads to him eventually rushing for a one-yard touchdown.

Then on Miami’s first possession of the game, Thomas forces a turnover. Baltimore’s offense was able to capitalize with a 47-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Lamar Jackson to wide receiver Marquise Brown. The game is getting out of control well before halftime.
