Just a few days after handing the Patriots (8-1) their first loss of the season, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson missed practice because of an illness Thursday, according to reports.
Jackson has 1,813 passing yards and 637 rushing yards this season for 17 total touchdowns. His performance versus the Patriots (8-1) included three touchdowns versus one of the NFL’s best defensive units.
If Jackson’s absence becomes extended, Baltimore (6-2) would look to Robert Griffin III at QB. The former second overall NFL Draft pick signed with the Ravens in 2018.
The Ravens visit Cincinnati Sunday for a Week 10 game versus the last winless team in the NFL. The Bengals (0-8) made the decision to bench quarterback Andy Dalton and turn to rookie Ryan Finley during their bye week and in preparation for the Ravens.
