Watch: Ravens players return for offseason workout program

The Baltimore Ravens officially got to return to the Under Armour Performance center to start the 2019 NFL season. On Monday, Baltimore kicked off their offseason workout program, allowing players to return to the team’s headquarters to join the strength and conditioning program as well as rehabilitate their injuries.

It’s the first time the players have been allowed back in the building to work out and prepare since the end of last season. For the Ravens, it’s an opportunity to see how players have been treating their bodies over the offseason and fine tune things ahead of OTAs and training camp. It’s also the first time we’ve gotten the chance to see a majority of the players since they cleaned out their lockers last season.

Take a look at the players coming into the Under Armour Performance Center and in the weight room as they begin their quest for Super Bowl LIV.

Of course, it wasn’t just photos of the parking lot. Ravens players hit the weight room and began to put in the real physical work. Among the group was quarterback Lamar Jackson, who has been working out in Florida.
