Watch rare footage of Northern Ireland squad at 1982 World Cup

It's hard to beat a bit of football nostalgia.

BBC have been showing some epic games from the past in their 'World Cup Rewind' series.

Last Saturday Northern Ireland fans were treated to the famous win over Spain at the 1982 World Cup.

The scorer in that game, Gerry Armstrong, has been reliving those finals once again this week with some more rare footage from the tournament.

He shared this post-match video of the team following their game against France.

It shows members of the squad being interviewed by David Icke and singing The Wild Rover.

Armstrong - who is seen leading the sing-along - was on target in the 4-1 defeat to France, which brought the curtain down on Northern Ireland's tournament.

But he will forever be remembered for his heroics against Spain in Valencia.
