Watch Rangers flop Umar Sadiq produce shocking miss for Partizan Belgrade

During his time in Glasgow, Umar Sadiq is best remembered for inexplicably diving as he rounded Joe Lewis in a Betfred Cup semi-final.

Rangers were 1-0 down at the time after Lewis Ferguson opened the scoring and there was an air of expectation as Sadiq danced his way past the Aberdeen goalkeeper and then a stunned disbelief when he fell over.

The man on the moon could have seen it was a dive and Sadiq didn't play another game for Rangers before his loan deal was ended early.

He spent the rest of the season at Perugia before joining Partizan Belgrade and although he has started well in Serbia, he clearly still doesn't know what to do when he beats a goalkeeper.

The Nigerian was playing against Proleter Novi Sad and scored during the game, but it was another chance he had that has left people laughing.

Sadiq rounds the goalkeeper well, appears to fall over his feet then smashes the ball off the post when it was easier to score.

The 22-year-old has scored four goals in nine games for Partizan Belgrade, including one in the Europa League against Malatyaspor.

With two in his last two games, perhaps he is hitting form but this miss suggests he still has a long way to go.

During his time at Ibrox, Steven Gerrard was highly critical of his training performances after the Rangers boss admitted that he had to play Alfredo Morelos in a game he didn't want to because he had no other option, despite Sadiq being fit.
