Watch Rangers fans react with fury to Scottish Cup exit as jubilant Jambos dance the night away

A video has emerged on social media showing Rangers fans' furious reaction to their exit from the Scottish Cup.

Hearts defeated the men from Govan 1-0 after a goal from Oliver Bozanic was enough to see them into the semi-finals.

And long suffering Ibrox fans can be seen gesturing wildly towards the pitch after watching a pitiful performance from their team before the camera turns to happy Jambos dancing in the wake of their cup progression.

Rangers boss Steven Gerrard admitted after the game that he will consider his future over the next 48 hours following the shock defeat.

When asked about the backing of the fans on Rangers TV , he said: "I'm absolutely gutted for them but I'm responsible for it so I apologise.

"They are there again and they don't pick and choose their games, they have travelled round the world to Braga . They were incredible in Braga. They fill the end and got behind the team.

"The fans have been absolutely magnificent since day one."

He has failed to win silverware in six attempts since taking over as boss in the summer of 2018 despite a significant spend on transfers within the Scottish context.

The Ibrox club haven't won a major domestic trophy since they lifted the Premiership in 2011.
