Watch Rangers fans party in Dam square LIVE ahead of Europa League tie with Feyenoord

Thousands of Rangers fans will descend on the Netherlands for their club's tie with Feyenoord.

Although the match will be played at the De Kuip in Rotterdam, the brilliant transport links between Scotland and Amsterdam combined with a mere 35 minute train ride between the two cities means that many will stay in the more famous location.

Known for its wild nightlife and canals, fans will descend on Dam Square, the city's main thoroughfare to drink and be merry.

And they could have reason to celebrate as Rangers can qualify for the last 16 of the Europa League with a win tonight, as long as Porto don't beat Young Boys in Bern.

Celtic got there in the last round of fixtures after a brilliant away win in Rome against Lazio.

A draw could also be enough for the Gers, but that would rely on Porto losing in Switzerland.

Even if they are defeated, Steven Gerrard's men can still progress with a home win over Young Boys in the final game of the group.

The crowds are starting to gather in Amsterdam this afternoon as fans get in the mood for tonight's big game.

You can watch all the action as it unfolds live on the live feed in the player at the top of the page.
