Watch: Raiders’ Antonio Brown ready to prove doubters wrong

Raiders wide receiver Antonio Brown had a busy first week with his new club. After being introduced by coach Jon Gruden and general manager Mike Mayock, he greeted his new quarterback, Derek Carr, with a trip to Carr’s house before quickly heading to the park to work on chemistry. He also went to the Raiders’ team facility to get a workout and appeared at Carr’s son’s birthday party in Fresno.

Brown caught much of the action on his social media accounts, and cut those moments up for a video promoting what’s to come with the Raiders: He plans on proving his doubters wrong. Here’s the video, posted on Brown’s Twitter account.

Mayock, Carr, Gruden and Raider Nation all make appearances, with Gruden proclaiming, “Business is booming right here in Oakland, you know that.”

Brown doesn’t have doubters because of a lack of ability. He’s arguably the best WR in pro football. But Brown must prove he won’t be a distraction for the Raiders like he was during his final season with the Steelers. Gruden, Carr and Brown are known for their tireless work ethic, however, and they’ll try to ride that common trait all the way to a Super Bowl trophy.
