With 1:35 remaining in the 4th quarter and the Raiders trailing 30-16, Derek Carr threw his second touchdown of the day. The first tied Ken Stabler for the Raiders all-time passing touchdown mark, the second moved him into sole possession of the franchise record.
Stabler had the record with 150 career touchdown passes with the Raiders. Carr found Nelson Agholor from seven yards out for the 151st of his Raiders career.

Immediately after the touchdown, the Raiders went for the onside kick to try and have a shot to tie it late, but the Bills recovered it, giving them a chance to drain the clock down.
The Raiders had one timeout and they used it after the first play — a run for a loss — to stop the clock. The second play saw Devin Singletary pick up 11 yards on a run out left, and Josh Allen knelt out the clock.
So, basically, the Carr record-setting TD was nothing more. It came too late to really matter. He had a shot at setting the record earlier in the fourth quarter but had the ball stripped, ending the scoring opportunity.
