There hasn’t been one favorable power ranking for the Jacksonville Jaguars this offseason, and Pro Football Talk’s most recent one was no different. In fact, Mike Florio slotted them at the No. 31 spot with just one team below them: the Washington Football Team.
Despite him feeling that the team current ranks next to last, Florio praised the team by saying they could climb the charts and surprise some people because they have a lot of young talent. Joined by PFT co-host Chris Simms, both admitted that Minshew is a player that has potential after considering the flashes he had in 2019.
Simms added that the Jags also had an “under-the-radar” group of receivers who could help Minshew and praised Leonard Fournette for being a good running back. Afterward, both Florio and Simms discussed the Jags’ young defensive talent who could make some noise like Josh Allen, C.J. Henderson, K’Lavon Chaisson, Myles Jack, and Joe Schobert.
