Last month, the Charlotte Observer reported that Carolina Panthers fullback Alex Armah detained a would-be car thief by using an arm bar until the police arrived on the scene.
We can now watch video of the incident, thanks to “Good Morning America,” which shared Armah’s story on Wednesday’s broadcast.
Of course, police would say that detaining any kind of suspect on your own is probably not a great idea, but nevertheless it’s a cool story.
Perhaps when Armah is done playing football he’ll follow DeAngelo Williams into the squared circle.
