Panthers defensive tackle Gerald McCoy brought his son to practice today. McCoy has previously shared some videos of him playing youth football, including a clip of him listening to his coach and some classic Beast Mode stiff-arm highlights.

McCoy’s son plays running back but he’s also working on some defensive line moves. Watch.
