“One Shining Moment” is, for people of a particular ilk, one of the best parts of March Madness. The cheesy music, the highlights of the tournament … it’s a tradition that a lot of people cherish.
I’ve never really understood the appeal, but I don’t understand the appeal of a lot of things that people like. Mustard, for example. Or the music of Post Malone.
Anyway, there is one way that would undoubtedly make “One Shining Moment” better this year, and that would be to get rid of all the other players in the highlight montage and just put Zion Williamson clips in there.
Which is exactly what friend of the site and all around talented guy Kofie Yeboah did. The music is still pretty bad, but at least this way I don’t have to watch some guy on Virginia take a charge, or whatever. Instead: Zion highlights!
