The Ohio State basketball team just keeps showing everyone it is for real. The Buckeyes started a little slowly against Maryland on Monday night, but eventually found the mental and physical toughness they’ve been known for as of late, and turned back the Terrapins 73-65 in College Park.
With the win, the OSU pulls to within just 1/2 game of first place Michigan with a 10-4 conference record. Ohio State runs its overall record to 16-4 in what continues to be an improbable and exhilarating run through a tough Big Ten schedule.

It was another fantastic win for a team that is quickly showing it could be a dangerous, dangerous team come March. The Buckeyes are next in action again at home against Indiana on Saturday.
